These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Kammer Pool Services, a DBA of Kammer Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in service or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide residential pool cleaning, chemical balancing, green-pool recovery, and equipment service in Palm Beach County, Florida. The specific services, schedule, and pricing that apply to you are set out in your service agreement.
SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Kammer Pool Services related to your service, including reminders, scheduling and appointment updates, and billing notices.
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Billing & payment
Recurring services are billed according to your service agreement (typically monthly). Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Autopay, where authorized, is described and consented to in your service agreement.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring service as described in your service agreement. We may pause or end service for non-payment or unsafe conditions at a property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
